അമേരിക്കയിൽ ഒരു പുതിയ രാഷ്ട്രീയപാർട്ടി രൂപവത്കരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്‍റെ ആവശ്യകത സംബന്ധിച്ച് ചോദ്യമുന്നയിച്ചുകൊണ്ടുള്ള അഭിപ്രായ സർവേ (poll) മസ്ക് കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസം എക്സിൽ പങ്കുവെച്ചിരുന്നു. ഇതിന്‍റെ ഫലം അടിസ്ഥാനപ്പെടുത്തിയാണ് പുതിയ പാർട്ടി പ്രഖ്യാപനം എന്ന് മാസ്ക്ക് സോഷ്യല്‍ മീഡിയായിലൂടെ അറിയിച്ചു .

സ്വന്തംപാർട്ടി രൂപവത്കരിക്കുകയും ആ പാർട്ടി തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിൽ വിജയിക്കുകയും ചെയ്താലും ജന്മംകൊണ്ടുള്ള അമേരിക്കൻ പൗരത്വം മസ്‌കിന് ഇല്ലാത്തതിനാൽ മസ്‌കിന് അമേരിക്കൻ പ്രസിഡന്റ് ആകാൻ കഴിയില്ല. അമേരിക്കൻ പ്രസിഡന്റ് ഡൊണാൾഡ് ട്രംപുമായി ആശയപരമായി തെറ്റിയതിന് പിന്നാലെയാണ് പുതിയ രാഷ്ട്രീയപാർട്ടി ഇലോൺ മസ്ക് തന്‍റെ സ്വന്തമായ എക്സ് ഫ്ലാറ്റ് ഫോമിലൂടെ പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചത് .

A day after asking his followers on X whether a new U.S. political party should be created, Elon Musk said on Saturday that the “America Party is formed.”

“By a factor of 2 to 1, you want a new political party and you shall have it!” he said in a post on X.“Today, the America Party is formed to give you back your freedom.”

The announcement from Musk comes after President Donald Trump signed a tax-cut and spending bill into law on Friday, which the billionaire chief executive officer of Tesla fiercely opposed.
