പത്തനംതിട്ട (കോന്നി ): 999 മലകളെ വന്ദിച്ച് ആദി ദ്രാവിഡ നാഗ ഗോത്ര ജനതയുടെ നൂറ്റാണ്ടുകളായുള്ള വിശ്വാസ പ്രമാണങ്ങളെ താംബൂലത്തിൽ നിലനിർത്തി കോന്നി കല്ലേലി ഊരാളി അപ്പൂപ്പൻകാവിൽ(മൂലസ്ഥാനം )കർക്കടക വാവ് ബലി,പിതൃ തർപ്പണം ,ആദ്യ ഉരു മണിയൻ പൂജ, പർണ്ണ ശാല പൂജ, 1001 കരിക്കിന്റെ പടേനി, 1001 മുറുക്കാൻ സമർപ്പണം വാവൂട്ട് എന്നിവ 24 ന് രാവിലെ 4 മണി മുതൽ നടക്കും.
കര്‍ക്കടകവാവ് ബലിതര്‍പ്പണത്തിന്‍റെ ഒരുക്കങ്ങള്‍ കേന്ദ്ര കേരള സർക്കാരിന്റെ വിവിധ വകുപ്പുകളുടെ അനുമതിയോടെ കോന്നി കല്ലേലി ഊരാളി അപ്പൂപ്പന്‍ കാവിലും സ്നാന ഘട്ടമായ അച്ചന്‍കോവില്‍ നദിക്കരയിലും നടക്കും . പ്രകൃതി സംരക്ഷണ പൂജയോടെ പർണ്ണ ശാലയില്‍ വാവ് ബലി പൂജകള്‍ക്ക് തുടക്കം കുറിക്കും.
24 ന് രാവിലെ നാല് മണിയ്ക്ക് മല ഉണര്‍ത്തി കാവ് ഉണര്‍ത്തി 999 മല ദൈവങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് മലയ്ക്ക് വലിയ കരിക്ക് പടേനി സമര്‍പ്പണം .4.30 മുതല്‍ ഭൂമി പൂജ ,വൃക്ഷ സംരക്ഷണ പൂജ , ജല സംരക്ഷണ പൂജ ,വന്യ ജീവി സംരക്ഷണ പൂജ, സമുദ്ര പൂജ,5 മണി മുതല്‍ കര്‍ക്കടക വാവ് ബലി കര്‍മ്മങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് തുടക്കം കുറിച്ച് കളരി ആശാന്‍മാര്‍ക്കും ഗുരുക്കന്‍മാര്‍ക്കും പിതൃക്കള്‍ക്കും പർണ്ണ ശാലയില്‍ വിശേഷാല്‍ പൂജകള്‍ നടക്കും . 1001 കരിക്കിന്റെ പടേനി, 1001മുറുക്കാൻ സമർപ്പണവും തുടര്‍ന്ന് കര്‍ക്കടക വാവ് ബലി കര്‍മ്മവും അച്ചൻ കോവിൽ പുണ്യ നദിയിൽ സ്നാനവും നടക്കും .രാത്രി യാമത്തില്‍ പ്രകൃതി വിഭവങ്ങള്‍ ചേര്‍ത്തുള്ള വാവൂട്ട് പൂജയും നടക്കും .
രാവിലെ 8.30 ന് ഉപ സ്വരൂപ പൂജകൾ, വാനര ഊട്ട്, മീനൂട്ട് തുടർന്ന്
കല്ലേലി അപ്പൂപ്പനും കല്ലേലി അമ്മൂമ്മയ്ക്കും പ്രഭാത വന്ദനം.9 മണിയ്ക്ക് നിത്യ അന്നദാനം 10 മണിയ്ക്ക് ആദ്യ ഉരു മണിയന്‍ പൂജ , ഹരി നാരായണ പൂജ ,പർണ്ണ ശാല പൂജ,11.30 ന് നിവേദ്യ പൂജ , വൈകിട്ട് 6.30 ന് സന്ധ്യാ വന്ദനം ദീപ നമസ്ക്കാരം തുടര്‍ന്ന് ആദി ദ്രാവിഡ നാഗ ഗോത്ര ജനത നൂറ്റാണ്ടുകളായി ആചാരിച്ചു വരുന്ന വാവൂട്ട് ചടങ്ങുകള്‍ നടക്കും എന്ന് കാവ് അധ്യക്ഷന്‍ അഡ്വ സി വി ശാന്തകുമാര്‍ ,സെക്രട്ടറി സലിം കുമാര്‍ കല്ലേലി എന്നിവര്‍ അറിയിച്ചു.
Reviving Tribal Traditions at Kalleli Oorali Appooppan Temple with Karkidaka Vavu Bali Offerings
Pathanamthitta (Konni): Honoring 999 sacred hills and preserving the age-old faith practices of the Adi Dravida Naga tribal community, the Karkidaka Vavu Bali, Pitru Tarpanam, First Uru Manian Pooja, Parna Shala Pooja, Offering of 1001 Tender Coconuts, Submission of 1001 Murukkan, and the Vavoot Pooja will be held on July 24, starting from 4:00 AM, at the Kalleli Oorali Appooppan Temple (Moolasthanam) in Konni.
The arrangements for the Karkidaka Vavu Bali ritual are being carried out with the necessary approvals from various departments of the central and state governments. The main rituals will be held at the Kalleli Oorali Appooppan Temple and at the holy Achankovil riverbank, which serves as the sacred bathing site. The ceremonies will begin with environmental protection rituals and the Vavu Bali Pooja at the Parna Shala.
On the 24th, the ceremonies begin at 4:00 AM with the awakening of the hills and the temple, followed by offering of 999 sacred hill deities with the grand Padeni of 1001 tender coconuts. From 4:30 AM, there will be Bhoomi Pooja (Earth Worship), Tree Protection Pooja, Water Conservation Pooja, Wildlife Protection Pooja, and Sea Worship. From 5:00 AM, the Karkidaka Vavu Bali rituals will commence, followed by special poojas at the Parna Shala for Kalaripayattu masters, Gurukkals, and ancestors. The rituals continue with the offering of 1001 Murukkan, the Padeni, and the ritual bathing at the sacred Achankovil river.
In the night hours, the Vavoot Pooja, a sacred tribal ritual blending natural resources, will be conducted.
At 8:30 AM, the Upa Swaroopa Poojas, Vaanara Oottu (feeding monkeys), and Meenootu (feeding fish) will be held. This will be followed by the Morning Salutation (Prabhatha Vandhanam) to Kalleli Appooppan and Kalleli Ammumma. At 9:00 AM, the Nithya Annadanam (daily free meal service) will begin, followed by the First Uru Manian Pooja, Hari Narayana Pooja, and Parna Shala Pooja. At 11:30 AM, the Nivedya Pooja will be held.
At 6:30 PM, the Sandhya Vandhanam (evening prayers) and Deeparadhana (lamp worship) will be performed. This will be followed by the age-old Vavoot ceremonies practiced by the Adi Dravida Naga tribal community for centuries.
