2023 ലെ ഒന്നാം പാദത്തിലെ, കേരള സർക്കിളിന്റെ മധ്യമേഖലാ പ്രാദേശിക തപാല്‍ അദാലത്ത്, 2023 മാർച്ച് 27-ന് ഗൂഗിൾ മീറ്റ് വഴി ഓൺലൈൻ ആയി രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക് നടത്തും.
കൊച്ചി ആസ്ഥാനമായ മധ്യ മേഖലയിൽ (പിൻകോഡ്-682020) വരുന്ന മാവേലിക്കര, ആലപ്പുഴ, ചങ്ങനാശ്ശേരി, കോട്ടയം, ഇടുക്കി, ആലുവ, എറണാകുളം, ഇരിങ്ങാലക്കുട, തൃശൂര്‍, ലക്ഷദ്വീപ് ഡിവിഷനുകള്‍ക്ക് കീഴിലുള്ള പോസ്റ്റ് ഓഫീസുകളിലെ കൗണ്ടര്‍ സേവനങ്ങള്‍, സേവിങ്‌സ് ബാങ്ക്, മണിയോഡര്‍ തുടങ്ങിയവ സംബന്ധിച്ച പരാതികള്‍ അദാലത്തില്‍ പരിഗണിക്കും.

[email protected] എന്ന വിലാസങ്ങളിലോ, അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ശ്രീമതി ജിസി ജോർജ്, അസിസ്റ്റന്റ് ഡയറക്ടര്‍ (പബ്ലിക് ഗ്രീവന്‍സസ്), ഓഫിസ് ഓഫ് ദ് പോസ്റ്റ്മാസ്റ്റര്‍ ജനറല്‍, സെന്‍ട്രല്‍ റീജിയണ്‍, കൊച്ചി- 682020 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിലോ 2023 മാർച്ച് 06-നോ അതിനു മുന്‍പോ ആയി ലഭിക്കുന്ന വിധത്തില്‍ അയക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. പരാതികള്‍ അയക്കുന്ന കവറിന് മുകളിലും ഇ-മെയിലിലും ‘Regional Dak Adalat: March 2023’ എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേണ്ടതാണ്.
പരാതികൾ അയക്കുന്നവർ മൊബൈൽ നമ്പറും ഇ-മെയിൽ വിലാസവും പരാതിയിൽ കൃത്യമായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കണം.
പരാതികൾ അയക്കുന്നവര്ക്കുള്ള ഗൂഗിൾ മീറ്റ് ഐഡിയും സമയവും ഇ-മെയിൽ വഴി നേരിട്ട് അറിയിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
മുന്‍ അദാലത്തുകളില്‍ പരിഗണിക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള പരാതികള്‍ അയക്കേണ്ടതില്ല.
The Regional Dak Adalat of Central Postal Region of Kerala Circle (HQ: Kochi) for the 1st Quarter of 2023 is proposed to be held online on 27.3.2023 via Google Meet Platform at 11 am.
The complaints pertaining to the Post Offices under Central Region, Kochi – 682020 (i.e. Post offices under Mavelikara, Alappuzha, Changanassery, Kottayam, Idukki, Aluva, Ernakulam, Irinjalakuda, Thrissur and Lakshadweep Divisions) will be taken up in the Adalat and will cover matters relating to postal services including counter services, savings Bank, money orders etc.
Those who wish to file any complaint/petition before the Dak Adalat may please send their complaints/ suggestions to the email-ids –
titled “Regional Dak Adalat: March 2023” or by post addressed to Smt. Jissy George, Assistant Director [PG], 0/o the Postmaster General, Central Region, Kochi – 682020. The mobile number and email id of the applicant to be clearly specified in the complaint.
Complaints should reach the above email id/address on or before 6.3.2023. Complaints/Suggestions taken up in the previous Adalats will not be entertained. The Google meet ID will be intimated directly to the applicant by email.
