ഇംഗ്ലീഷ് സാഹിത്യത്തിലും ബിസിനസ് അഡ്മിനിസ്ട്രേഷനിലും ബിരുദാനന്തര ബിരുദം കരസ്ഥമാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. ആലപ്പുഴ സ്വദേശിനിയാണ്.
മൂന്ന് പതിറ്റാണ്ട് നീണ്ട തന്‍റെ ഔദ്യോഗിക ജീവിതത്തിൽ ശ്രീമതി. മഞ്ജു പ്രസന്നൻ പിള്ള രാജ്യത്തുടനീളം വിവിധ പദവികളിൽ സേവനമനുഷ്ഠിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.
പോസ്റ്റ്മാസ്റ്റർ ജനറൽ, തമിഴ്‌നാട് വെസ്റ്റേൺ റീജിയൻ , ഡെപ്യൂട്ടി ഡയറക്ടർ ജനറൽ, (ഫിനാൻഷ്യൽ സർവീസസ്), ന്യൂഡൽഹി, ജനറൽ മാനേജർ (ബിസിനസ് ഡെവലപ്പ്മെന്‍റ്) പോസ്റ്റൽ ഡയറക്ടറേറ്റ് എന്നീ പദവികളിൽ സേവനമനുഷ്ഠിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. കേന്ദ്ര വാണിജ്യ മന്ത്രാലയം, ടെലികോം വകുപ്പ്, കർണാടക ഗവണ്മെന്റ് എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിൽ ഡെപ്യൂട്ടേഷനിലും പ്രവർത്തിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.
എഴുത്തുകാരിയും കവയിത്രിയും കൂടിയാണ് ശ്രീമതി. മഞ്ജു പ്രസന്നൻ പിള്ള . അവരുടെ കൃതികളിൽ പ്രമുഖ കലാകാരനായ എസ്.ജി. വാസുദേവിനെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള വൃക്ഷയ്ക്ക് പുറമേ ഫാത്തിമ അഹമ്മദ്, സോമനാഥ് മൈതി, യശ്വന്ത് ഷിർവാദ്കർ തുടങ്ങിയ കലാകാരന്മാരെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള രചനകളും ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നു.
Manju Prasannan Pillai has asumed charge as the Chief Postmaster General of Kerala Circle . She is an Indian Postal Service officer of 1991 batch.
She has a post graduate degree in English literature and also has a Masters degree in Business Administration.
Smt. Manju Prasannan Pillai has earlier worked as PMG Western Region Tamil Nadu, DDG (Financial Services), New Delhi and General Manager Business
Development in Postal Directorate, New Delhi. She has also worked on deputation in the Ministry of Commerce Government of India, Department of Telecom and Government of Karnataka.
She is a prolific writer and poet also. Her works include writings on eminent artist S.G. Vasudev; Vriksha and on artists like – Fatima Ahmed, Somenath Maity and Yashwant Shirwadkar.
