V. Chelsasini has been appointed Assistant Collector of Pathanamthitta. V Chelsasini, 27, is a native of Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu. V. Chelsasini is the youngest of three daughters of Varadarajan-Damayanti, a native of Nagercoil.
